Identity project for a fictional gallery: SURFACE asks visitors to actively engage in deep and meaningful conversation about the artwork presented. This gallery uses the context of the table as a social gathering place to break past the silent observation usually present in museums and conventional galleries. There is a 4 occupancy maximum where visitors are given a set of prompts and rules leading to a place of authenticity.
